I agree, we all go through things, and this can bring people closer. It seems optimistic you see it that way.
As for those who are constantly thinking of their inner most thoughts, feelings, and may have low chemical levels, I first say &quot;Great&quot; because as Socrates put it, &quot;an unexamined life is not worth living.&quot; Second I would suggest therapy to help sort through all those thoughts and feelings.

		<description>this was a great article! its good to see that this sight has inspired you to reach out to others, which then makes them feel that they are not alone in this world of fears and problems. we all have bad days, weeks, even months where things are off.so what about those who are constantly thinking of their inner feelings or whether their chemical levels are low or high or mid range. is this okay? in a diffrent perspective i think everyone should find sanity in something or someone. its healthy.be glad we wake and breathe. we will all have bad days that we will then be able to live for the next day, it is then when it will be up to the person to either move forward , or sink into our world of fears and problems.
