Just for Fun…The Tree
Okay, I have a million things to do with the new semester approaching. But maybe I just want to play with my new toy right after Christmas a little bit. So, just for fun, what do those of you who choose to respond think the meaning of the tree in the banner is? Just a disclaimer, I don’t think I’m going to be informing anyone of analysis, not in this format. But it might be interesting to see what others see, or interpret, from a tree on a therapist, (and psychology lover’s) website.
enjoy.

The first thought that came to mind was a Joshua Tree. Even if its not one, the loneliness of it. I thought of the tree as you, ready to take on the world, proud of your accomplishments, flourishing… standing straight up all by yourself, with your chin up, self sufficient, strong and somewhat arrogant but with a broken branch. We all have something broken or damaged that is part of who we are.
My two cents
Great start for your website! Much success.
my personal meaning to the tree is growing and the green leaves maybe hope???? keep going Bill ,keep acomplishing you are doing great.
Thank you Marie.
Thank you Graciela, well, except for maybe that arrogant part. lol.
I see a tree as a symbol of life. Just like us humans, trees continue to grow, age, some give flowers (and some give children), and some loose leaves just to grow them back again. When I think about it, a tree goes through rough experiences caused by nature, and sometimes even caused by humans. Almost like a human being. We are all the flowers of the universe…
